Change of name for our Vietnamese affiliate- EBARA

Effective June 1, 2012, EBARA Hai Duong Co., Ltd. (EHD), which has delivered more than 500 large-scale pumps to customers in Vietnam since it commenced operations in 1999, will be renamed EBARA Vietnam Pump Company Limited (EVPC). 

At the same time, we are going to integrate the sales  and engineering capabilities of this Vietnamese  affiliate, which, while a member of the EBARA Group,  has independently engaged in pump system business  (and made deliveries to a total of 110 pumping stations  in Vietnam). This additional step will make EVPC a  company able to furnish total solutions for the pump- related wants and needs of all customers.

 Through its provision of pump-related products and  services, EVPC will, of course, continue to support the  socioeconomic infrastructure in Vietnam in the areas of  not only agriculture and irrigation but also flood control,  waterworks, and sewage systems. In addition, we intend to make an even wider contribution to the Vietnamese society and economy, which continues to advance, by expanding our supply of products and services for pump related equipments for industries and building.

Furthermore, we envision EVPC's growth into a key center for supply of large-scale pumps made in Vietnam to other Southeast Asian countries and the rest of the global market.
